[Fixed on November 24, 2024] — Some of the pages in the downloadable version of chapter #84 was in Japanese! Apologies for that, it’s now been replaced with the fully translated version. Feel free to download it again!

[Fixed on August 30, 2024] — A typo in chapter #87 (page 3), changed from “emperess” to “empress”.

[Fixed on July 26, 2024] — Changed “altar” to “seal” in the last page of chapter #86 since the next chapter makes it clear it’s obviously a seal, not a whole altar!

[Fixed on July 23, 2024] — This concerns chapters #81, #83, #84 and #85: A quirk in the Japanese language had caused a translation error regarding the Emperor’s children. Previously, they were all sons but it turns out there was actually a daughter in the mix as well! Also, fixed a persistent naming error from “Hua Liang” to the correct “Huang Lia”. The corrected chapters can be downloaded from their usual links.

[Fixed on September 23, 2022] — Fixed the numbering, hopefully: Since chapter #67 and the following one were both half-length, I numbered them #67 and #67.2. With any luck this will fix the annoying discrepancy I’ve had with the numbering, which has been one number “too early” for years now…

[Fixed on June 24, 2020] — The messenger in chapter #41, page 29, is named Cain, not Keats. Keats is an entirely different character! To download the corrected chapter, click here.
